Is it good time to buy Canon 5D? just sold the 30D few weeks.

But now seems 5D successor will come soon.

just bought last week, perfect kit at all ! don t think about the successor coz it s just keep wasting your time, don t be that greedy, just go if you really wanna take shots ~

before i use 30D, I feel so good!!!! but ..u know... some dust always occur on the CMOS...very difficult to remove it....so, i sold my 30D..to waiting some new model with auto cleaning cmos function.

All report said that dust-removing by canon is very weak, the difference between with and without dr is just more or less dust and higher or lower frequency to remove manually.

I believe successor of 5D will not come out very soon due to below reasons:
1. there is less complaint to 5D body
2. there is no completitor in the market at this moment
3. key focus of canon is on beginner to get more share in the market, successor of 5D will only be alternative for existing 5D or 30D user
4. body is NOT making money, lens do that

So, I believe successor of 5D will not be released unless pressure from the market of technology
