I have both D200 and D40x, I find that my D40x always overexpose while the meter of the D200 is perfect.
Is it a common problem for all D40x?

If the over exposure is consistent , then it is not a problem because you will know how to adjust it. It is a real problem if the exposure is sometimes under exposure and sometimes over exposure. But I think D40x doesn't have this problem, right?
