Dear C Hings, I'm thinking to buy one of the above camera. Both are good. But the 'handle grip' of E410 is very very small. Does any C hing feel that?

On the other hand, the Kit lens of 400D has very bad comments from other C hing.

Pls advise me how to select from both. Pls feel free to comment. Many thanks.

Hand grip of E410 looks small, however, no complaint from 410 user saying this small grip cause inconvenience in holding, you may go and try it yourself to verify whether you are comfortable with that grip. I would suggest E410 since picture from it does rich in color and the kit lens is very good in pq, however, small sensor of E410 is not easy to provide narrow depth of field, so that this camera may not suit your need if you like portrait shoot. 400D provide less noise when high ISO(i.e.800) is using, however, pq of kit lens is not satifying, there are a lot of discussion on this in the forum. Hope above information can help.

"narrow depth of field" means 淺景深?

I went to show Olympus show room & try E410. Actually there is no hand grip. So I feel uncomfortable. Anyway thanks for ur advise. I will search more info about 400D ....cheers ....
