You can download the Exifer 2.2 to do that and it's a freeware. Type Exifer at Yahoo and you'll get it right away. It's a small file.

I am used to use "Photocap" to add the date by batch, if I don't need to edit the photos.

If I need to edit photos, I will use Photoshop. All I want to use photoshop to edit and then add back the date to it. I am afraid the photo quality will loss seriously if I edit by photoshop and then add date by photocap (save 2 times totally).
