C Hing, just upgrade from D200 to D300. However, something annoying me is the sharpness of the photos. When I manify the photos to the largest from the LCD mon or see the pictures from computer, the sharpness is not good as D200. I have asked the Nikon Customer service. They said this is normal. Do you similar experience to share with? Thanks

d300 image quality is quite unique.... it has an enhanced 3D look and a more-than-natural smooth texture, which is very different from D200 and D2X.

因為它和Canon一樣,都用了CMOS,放棄了CCD.

未用過D200,未能比較。

D300 default setting係比較偏軟, 這是廠商的設定取向,十分正常。其實大部份專業或半專業機種畫質較軟,是為了保留最大後制空間,軟推硬好易,硬推返軟就好難。

我所有D300的拍攝設定均是sharpness +2, Saturation +1, 其他全部default不變,用18-200VR大部份蕉段都非常sharp。
