已試過拆掉電池及memroy卡，隔一段時間後再裝回，不過都無變！
作天影影下突然出SYSTEM ERROR的。

Pretty strange.
Try to read the manual to see if there is a built in, rechargable memory cell in the camera. For my CP5700 the manual claims the current of memory cell can last up to 3 days.
So u may remove the battery and wait this cell to be fully discharged to see if the problem can be cleared. At the same time of waiting I think it's a good idea to contact nikon HK to see if they have any solution.

我建議你可試試Upgrade佢個Firmware.
因為system error不外乎出在hardware或software上.
如果部機突然間出現system error.又冇跌過.
咁software有問題o既機會都好大.
試o下Upgrade佢個Firmware無防.

多謝大家拹助，THANKS!
我已經拆除電池及記憶卡，等待三日後才再裝回，希望到時部機可以"開著"！
部機正常後想upgrade佢個firmware，由於第一次做這樣的程序，故現在很擔心，驚部機被我整壞，故想問清楚是否用原裝Nikon的USB連接相機，之後行一個叫"Windows Uploader"就可以？
另外，Nikon個綱頁有一個叫"Coolpix Drive for Windows"的softwave是download不到的，請問CMYK兄這個是否沒有用的？不執行這個程式會否有影響？

個site上面有詳細o既說明.小心睇清楚先攪就包冇走雞啦!
至於個driver就梗係要裝啦.唔係個腦點識你部DC阿.
但係你吾係一早就裝左咩?咁之前你點連接部DC同部腦架?
億或你齊用Cardreader.

係呢度 都可download倒.

I had a system error as well 2 months ago, i took it to the Nikon office and let them repair it, i got it back 1 week later, i asked them what was the promble they said they had update the firmware and changed a little hardware.
i suppost to pay $950 for it, but luckly, the date on my receipt of 885 hasn't got year on it, so the stuff there though i bought it few days ago ( i bought it last year actually ), so i don't have to pay any, so lucky ~
