if you brought it from a shop, they will sent it Japan to repair once your dc got problem.

If you brought it from some guys, you needed to repair the DC yourself. That is the problem

according to 誠哥 of DCC, he never repair DC in H.K as their techniqu is unsatisfactory.

Please leave msg to me if you want to buy brand new QV-4000 water goods from Japan. Casio Japan provides limited warranty for 1 year from date of purchase. I got few units in hand.
