Hot pixel.
Coz dead pixel is not very visible on photo print out at it can usually be covered by surrounding color dots. But printers (including those used by shops) will print out hot pixels, and such distinct dots can be very visible in some conditions.

Dead pixel:
Some defective pixels on either CCD and LCD which have no output and seen as black dots.
Hot pixel:
Some partially defective pixels, which are out of control buy not responding to light (CCD) or signal (LCD) but permanently output its own colour.
