The best Cam is that can go along with you everywhere. If you don't want ASM mode, Ixus400 sure the best buy, 4mp, 1/1.8" ccd worth its money. As a F100 user, I'm very happy with its quality, except its comparative slow response, time lag. Heard that F200 have a great improve. Go to have a look till arrival. Don't froget Fuji F700 too. All this dc are thinner and lower wt. than Canon S45 type with same high quality.
