I just got my Z3 yesterday.. but there is one function that don't know how to use...

Pre-shot- what does it mean? How to use? I couldn't figure out how to take 2 shots... and the outcome is always the 2nd shot that I have taken... what's that suppose to mean?

Anybody would like to help pls? English & Cantonese both welcome!
& also, who could send me some information regarding to English Menu of the Z3(on the net, or copies..etc?) that maybe I could download or copy from?

(Since I don't have English menu, some help would be greatly appreciated!)
