3. WinXP.... well, no problem ma.
4. Personally, I think v3 better than v2, but IXUS400 better than v3 in quality.... u can consider if budget allowed.
5. well, $2480 vs $3180 .... u can consider $700 to buy the function + 1MP difference la.... (but 2MP already can have 4R photo)
