Ask yourself :
1. What is the purpose of the DC ?
2. How many Pixels you want 2/3/4/5/6 Megapixels ?
3. You prefer large Wide/Zoom ?
4. Will you care about the outlook of the DC ?
5. The most important one - budget !
Every brand and every DC has its own strong and weak points.

4. No.. unless it is difficult to hold the camera and extremely heavy.
