仲有呀, S602 我買一個快充加3,4 排電都無一舊sony 鋰電咁貴, 不過sony 舊鋰電都用得好耐, 我本人就用過sony 707 及而家既S602, 最終決定係S602, 相比下S602 的確各樣action 都快707 小小, 而顏色的確自然好多, 我而家係電腦睇番707 and S602 d 相, sony 真係sharp 得好緊要, 但如果你勁熱愛影夜景, 我就建議你買sony

No need to compare this two DC la. Each of them has it's Pros and Cons. They has their own fans. For me, I like Canon. But I also use this two camera before. But I like F717 much more than S602 as S602's colour has more man-made effect, not too natural, plastic look, but functions are very good. So, s602 is good for user to learn photo taking.
It is my own opinion. |As we know, colour sense is different for each one.

May I ask whats the price difference? From time to time I have seen friends here quoting 717 is at HKD 5K. Taken 602z is HKD 4K. I think the extra 1K difference is very well spent on 717 as you will get one of the best quality glass in the world, with one full-stop brightness. Plus the better electronics for higher raw resolution and low-light AF capabilities.

Have been a film camera player for many years, with friends using Leica M, Ricoh GR1v, Canon L lens and Contax G lens. I am fully aware of whats the extra benefit you will get from better glass.

Yes, check dpreview and see the comparsion samples at actual pixel. For the same class, my subjective ranking is 717/707>G3/G2>Coolpix 5700/5000.

I also see no problem with the colour balance of 717 wor. My only complain is it seems doesn't support RAW format output and no built-in wide angle coverage. Otherwise, " Which prosumer DC? " becomes a no-brainer's question.

唔係, 我見過, 最少有三間部, 717 水貨只賣四千九百幾...

717 部機的確係好少少, 但係佢的配件實在非人可買, ms 貴到飛起, 電又貴, tele 及 wide 鏡又貴, 就連條頸繩都貴到出汁.............

717 有少少似 canon 10d......... 用部 body 的平價, 讓你進入高貴的消費中.

um .... yes, both 717 and 10d is more expensive, potential buyers had to assess if the extra in functionality and output quality worth the extra $ or not.
btw, are there any no-brand battery for 717?

i, myself is also a value chaser, thats why i save the hassles and cost for the extension tube and wide lens, and get CP5000 straight away, and am still happy with the quality. my trade off is low light AF performance, and the tele-end of the zoom lens lor.

就算有代用電都唔買啦, 玩得sony, 就咩都買原裝, 咁先有感覺嘛.....

仲有就係... sony 最誘人的是他的電, 會有用量display, 用代用電應該唔會support 這些功能的...

但如果想去露營影夜景, 又或者 zoom 過對面樓夜晚看看人家做咩, 咁就一定係717 啦..........

唔好咁講, 都係開下玩笑, 認真的是我對上那個post, sony 的配件太貴, 如果唔係都可以買, 當然, 如果我有 sony notebook 加 sony dv等等, 咁我就會買啦~~~

不過它的夜攝真係幾好, 係唔係買左專利呢, 點解其他相機唔加..........
