There is a simply way to resize:

1. Choose from the "Image"menu bar
2. type in the smaller size in the at the dialogue box
3. Please remember to click the buttom on, to retain your image proportion

and there is other way to make it...too....
1. Try to select the jpeg compression as low as u could (image quality down grade also)
2. Down grade the resolution in the Image Size dialogue box too. (image qulity down grade also, but make no significant different in Web display), just to remember not less than 72dpi on screen.
