Very good of course, if you like leica lens!!
Proprietary battery & Sd are not cheap anyway!!

Speed - Very good
Image quality - very good
Color - very good
Pre-focus - very good
External battery - very good (home grown thru DC in)
Long zoom - excellent with stablizer at about 1/125 second
Battery life - good


bad - cannot lock exposure
bad - noisy in under expose area due to 2 mega pixel signal to noise level
bad - enlarge to A4 print grainy
bad - plastic lens adaptor not strong enough

Most of the pic in the following links are taken by FZ1. The Busy Bee is 50% cropped (become 1 mega pixel) and very grainy.
