The outlook (or colour) of 3MP model may be different.

Besides, the spec. :

all seems to be better than C-740 ......
but not sure the photo quality is good or not ......

Thanks for your information, C-740 and C750 will have a strong competitor or they need to reduce their price , good news for consumers !!!
