CP5400己經出左一段時間，但是我發覺CP5700價錢仍然企硬，亦沒有下調趨勢，二手市場亦沒發現大量拋售，証明在 Nikon 支持者心目中 CP5400 仍是二線機種，但今次又會吾會好似在推出 CP5000 後不久就出 CP5700,又會再推出 CP5700 替代機種，大家有咩意見？發表一下！

I primarily think 5400 and 5700 are for different user groups. So its sensible 5700's price not being affected.

I don't think Nikon will replace 5700 in the very short time, and so is D100.

I disagree your saying about 5400 is 2nd tier, they are just built for different purpose, will you say a 200mm is 1st tier lens, while a 28mm is 2nd tier lens? They are simply apple and orange.

5400 當然不會影響 5700 的銷情
因為兩者針對的用途不一樣
nikon 只會視它為整個DC產品戰線的其中一個重要部份

在新的 nikon DSLR 發表之前
nikon 使用多少像素的感光元件仍然是未知之數
prosumer grade 的 product 沒理由比自家的旗艦有更高規格吧 ?
而且 5700 暫時沒有類似的同級競爭者
我認為至少等 DSLR 發表過後3個月才發表會比較合理
也能保持品牌人氣

嗯~是因為鏡頭焦距喔
很自然的,
需要廣角會選 cp5400
需要長焦的會選 cp5700

cp5400 的等效焦距 由28-112 (舊有 cp5000 只有 28-84, 分野更明顯)
cp5700 的等效焦距 由35-280

當然, 兩者也要的話用外接鏡頭也可, 不過這是後話了.
(還有 7HI好用的 28-200焦段, 一直都忘了它)

yes, thats my words, my meaning of different user groups, are

group 1, wide angle users, female users or anyone want to travel light, so they really won't have much choice but the cp5400 (minolta D7 series are plain too bulky, normal camera + wide is always not an ideal option because of the bulkiness, COST and QUALITY)

group 2, tele users and all other won't mind the little bit bigger camera body

and yes, I admit i wrongly assessed how fast Nikon can come up with products with their newly developed sensor. btw, when is the expected launch of the D2H? and what about the D200?
