just bought a Canon A60,
already install the resolution disk, (i use XP) then open it, when i click "download image"
then it comes "no camera is found"

i tried it but no problem in friend's computer,
i tried both 2 USB plug in my computer already.

is it problem with XP? or my computer?
any comment to fix? thx

You should focus on your PC!!
1: test usb ports!!
2: get to control panel\system,where hardware manager will tell you why and what to do next!!!

could u explain in steps pls?? control panel /system...then...? ( chinese XP)

i'm not good in computers.
USB port i guess ok, coz i tried both which used for palm by my other family member
