i'll share again what seems interesting to me.

i've looked at test photos with 100 macro at 1:1 magnification,
taken at several different F stops.
i arrange these photos in the order of sharpness:

F16 - sharpest
F11
F22
F32 - least sharp

apart from the concern with enough depth of field, seems like macro photographer may want to shoot with F16 (the best) or less, unless other factors like sufficient amount of light etc are to be taken into account.

i mean F16 or faster.

of cos it will be just for a photo with about 2mm of DOF, or shallower, if that's what the photographer wants.

數據我真係唔多清楚!!!! 但係影macro好難要求物件完全係處於景深範圍內, 由其係影生態, 太細光圈變成要iso高用閃光燈, 張相就無晒自然環境光, 除非你set到studio咁影啦, 不過最實際都係實戰、實戰加實戰^^
