You welcome denchow, 眼珠的光澤, it is easy, just have a light source locate on your back (window, etc) and put the person in a relative darker area than you will make the contrast of the eyes.

Marksman ching, Thank you very much for your photography tips on page 8 of this post. I practiced your tips with my 40D and successfully catched clear and sharp images on moving motor vehicles (9 out of 10 are clear and sharp).

I did the same at home (target at my moving babies), however, the images are blur, which may be due to dim lighting indoor or my poor skill.

No doubt that I must get more practices on this skill, but I am wondering... what else should I do to get clear and sharp images on the running babies.

Denchow C Hing, what is the setting when you shooting dim lighting indoor? Like what lens, at what focal length, aperture, average shooting distance?

I have got 2 lens:
1. Sigma 50mm 1.4 (mainly for outdoor)
2. Canon 24-105mm (mainly for outdoor)

I usually take indoor photos with the following settings:
1. Aperture - F2.8 with iso 500-1000 (or F6.3 with iso 1600 when I took photos on the twins)
2. focal length - 50 mm (most of my photos are taken with Sigma 50mm len)
3. average distance - around 2-4 steps from babies
4. no flash
5. Shutter - 1/60 - 1/80 sec.

For baby movement you need at least 1/200s or faster so you need to increase the ISO. ISO3200 is very normal indoor.
