Hi All,

Would like to buy either Nikon AF 300mm F4 or 200mm F4 Macro? Which one would you choose? Please advise. I have 50 1.8 and 85 1.4 for my D700. Thanks.

That depends on what subject you shoot most in daily life? If birds, then 384 is better even though its not the best for birds shooting. If insects and flowers, then 282 marco. However, as 282 is already a very old version, its auto focus is ' poor ' which means you can consider it as MF lens. Despite this, the pq is great for this lens.
