Hi eveything!

I tired to shoot the HD format in my new D90....why 有一條條黑色紋由上而下不停係畫面上appear ~ Shoot under any lighting still hv the黑色紋...like shoot to the tv...is that rolling shutter? Any Ching know why??? Need to set ISO ？I used in P mode, A mode , M mode...still the same...!! Help help!@!~!
