It is good - compare to its price with performance of 4-stop VR, PR rate is good enough, Its weight is light enough to handle also.

70-300 in good light is almost as good as LB5 and probably 90% as good as LB6 , Digi magazine said that some MTF 7038 is even better

in Low light, of coz no comparison..
