I took photos with the D3 using the Raw compressed mode and posses the images with Adobe CS3 software. All the shadow and dark areas are filled with blueish colours and dots!! Can someone help me how to fix it??

You may need a lastest NEF Raw Codec, which could be downloaded from Nikon Official Site. Or you may need to update your Photoshop CS3 Camer Raw Codec.

The last option is try to use Nikon CaptureNX 1.3.X or CaptureNX 2. Personally , i think which is even better then Adobe Photoshop for Nikon NEF file editing.

I've removed the existing Camera Raw. 8bi file from CS3 already and have added the new Camera Raw program but the problems still exist. I'll try to download the new NEF Raw Codec from nikon site. By the way, NX capture is slower in possess the photos than CS3 but defnitely have better quality.
