What 透明度 adjustment you are talking about at the moment?

Usually you can control the "flow" in lots of CS adjustments. Not 100% sure if you are asking about the same thing.

Also you may find a function in CS called Opacity in the layer adjustment.

a few suggestion for you

for a landscape scenic photo like this, it is very very important for you to make sure you line up the horizontal line.

And then you are start working on the "Rule of Third".

What is means is to place the "Sea Level Line" either on the 1/3 or 2/3 of the frame. There are factors will affect your decision whether to do that 1/3 or 2/3.

You should consider the detail in the sky, and the detail in the foreground.

if you wanna show some beautiful sky and cloud, then maybe you wanna place the "sea level line" on the 2/3 (bottom) of the frame.

On the other hand, if you wanna show more details on the foreground, the you should place the "sea level line" on the 1/3 (higher) on the frame.

當然會 la 收得太小 光圈會影響解像力，最理想既係 f8-12光圈視乎你用乜鏡，
唔信你，試用 f 8和 f 22 光圈影D有質感同一些夜景便睇到分別。

You can try to turn on the "Highlight" function on LCD viewing.

If any area is blinking on the LCD, that means it's overexposed and lost all the details in the blinking area. Very useful function.

In this case, you will see the sky blinking if that function is on while you are reviewing the photo after shooting.
