Words of thanks are sincerely beyond my expressions! All the info u share are really helpful. It is as exciting as if I am half stepping my foot there. Have bookmarked the website address too, but just need time to digest the content. Balloon ride is for sure my must-do item and it drives me to carry my fish eye lens too. Though i do think it is expensive, it must be a worthy ride.

Regarding yellow fever appointment, I have already made an appointment. On the other hand, I never expect anything about the food quality, I joined Kuoni for my previous trip to Russia, but the food provided was just v disappointing, not worth for the price at all. This time I will be smart enough to bring some cup noodles with me as well as some canned abalone (just kidding). Looking forward to watching more photos from you.

For the Yellow Fever vaccination, there are few types of pills with different prices. They are of 10 times difference in price but less than 1/1000 difference in function and risk. Just choose the cheapest one, as recommended by my friend who is a doctor.

You may take a big camera bag with you, you nearly don't have to walk as most of the time they won't let you get off the van as it's quite danger to do so.

400mm on aps-c is even not long enough for me. But taking a big lens like 500mm would be a burden.

btw, I don't have a wide lens, so all the view looks like wider than 24mm is from my 10-17mm fisheye
