I use Epson photo paper and ink but the printout still looks green, especially in the skin area. It is abnormal!!!

I took my R800 back to Epson to repair but the staff said it is the problem of design and cannot be fixed.

So I need to adjust the printing option to remove the green color but the result is not satisfactory.

I don't understand how could a professional grade printer would have such output. I would not buy Epson's printer anymore.
