I am using KM D5D, like to buy a tele zoom lens, which one is better?

KM 100-400mm APO
KM 100-300mm APO
Sigma 135-400mm

I like to have one not so heavy and long, as I like to go hiking with this.

Thx for reply... then about KM lens, which do you recommended? 300 is lighter but 400 zoom more. Do you know the performance of 100-400 len of 300-400?
