This morning I called (29029000) 3 times to Nikon to check whether my lens has been repaired, but not one answered the phone.

I tried again in afternoon but still noone answered. Then I called the general line (28823936). The respondent said she saw many customers waiting outside and transfered the line to the service department to see if any staff can answer the phone.

The result was, again, noone answer the phone.

The service of Nikon is not acceptable!!!

From the above, it also indicated that the products of Nikon may have many problems.

Called again at around 4:00. Again noone answered the phone...

Contacted Nikon at around 5:00 but my lens has not been repaired yet. Already two weeks up to now...

just buy a new new lens for now. haha
or buy a cannon lens for yr nikon ` best way to complain^

Canon should allow to trade in Nikon's products for its products so as to increase market share...
