Agree with gzhu, hold it and wait for the new Panasonic FX01, that's what I'm doing now. Sounds like it'll release at Japan on 10th March at about 45,150 yan (about HKD$3,000).

Also, the FX01 is a bit more expensive than the new TZ1, which is asking for about 43,050 yan (about HKD $2,800)

But, if you really just want to just choose between T9 and FX9, I'll suggest T9.
