Basically no. The largest PC monitor availabe to us is 30"LCD, which is itself a 4MP display

or the different does not come from the no. of pixel.

but roughy, higher pixel implied a newer generation, newer technology
so ppl always believe(mis-understand) large mega pixel=higher quality

but I can tell you it is case by case, not always true

just like a newest 1000MP DC, it still can't beat down the old D70 600MP DSLR
