For body, check all the button if it is functional. (try to press all the button and ask how to use that function, and see if it's working properly)

For lens, point the lens to and light source, zoom to the furtherest (200 in your case) and focus to infinity. check if you see any "mo" on anywhere.

Put the lens and body together, try the high speed, try the continos shooting.
