首先係價錢方面，兩支鏡現時分別大約係$4250及$8780！

而兩支鏡都有第三代三級IS系統！

70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM 呢支由於用一塊DO鏡片關係，所以可以將鏡身大大縮短，呢個就係主要賣點之一！

質數方面，其實兩支鏡都有非常好之畫質，肉眼非常難定勝負，但要嚴格去分別的話，在300mm焦距時，支70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM 的影像會光亮同細緻少少！

註: 小弟一向都好留意70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM 呢支鏡頭，亦分別响台灣嘅專業攝影綱內了解過兩支鏡頭的測試同比拼報告，最後我選用性價比比較高的70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM，現時都好滿意佢表現！
