ppl used to nikon will answer d300, like me
ppl fans with canon will say 40d.....
almost impossible for you to get the answer here :P

get the one u can afford and start shooting...... :)

not sure how much is the 40d, but 12000hkd for the d300 sure not cheap, plus lens and flashlight, not a small money.....
