小弟支小小白non is都有一段時間
但有時暗少少, 過唔到安全快門就會震
但諗諗下3k野換個IS番黎值唔值呢?
想問下有冇師兄有呢個決定
定係師兄直上2.8is呢

it's more mobilized with f4/ IS! the weight of f/2.8 IS is almost double as well as the price. I'm happy with my f/4 IS, no complaint.

I started with the F4 bought used for a fair price.

Then I found the 2.8 IS and bought it for an INSANELY good price. The day I bought the 2.8 was the day I left my F4.

There's no way I'm going back to the F4. Simply no point. The range is the same and the PQ is the same for static shots. For motorsports shots, there's no doubt the 2.8 is superior. At least it cuts down blurred shots by a wide margin.

People always make it sound like the 2.8 weighs a ton. I have a grip on my 30D + the 2.8 IS and I've shot race events from 9 to 5 all day hand held.

It's not THAT heavy, seriously. And it's not like you're going to be holding it to shoot for 3 hours in a row w/o rest.

i have tried 2.8IS from my teacher in sports day, i take it for whole day ( 8 hours ) , i just feit a little bit pain without any shaking .

should i save more money to have a 2.8is ?

If you can afford it, I'd advise you getting the 2.8. That one f stop + IS will definitely come in handy in low-light situations.
