Can anyone tell me where to take good photos of Tsing Ma Bridge?

Is it reachable by public transport?
Any public transport after dark? (i mean after taken early evening photos)

Any tips to help take better pics of the bridge?

How about Pak Nai, any public transport to get back to the city after sunset?
