本人得枝150marco 同 18-200 ,最好用什麼鏡最好?
拍攝時需用到攝燈嗎?

For what purpose?

In general, use your Marco one, and more than 1 flash is necessary;
at the same time use tripod, white reflectors.

Pay attention to finger prints, glare, the food should look like fresh, juicy, suitable decorations, etc.

A bar, I see.

For food & drink shooting, you may find that the shooting angle, position & relationship between glasses, dishes are "fixed formula". Top view is no good, looking at something dead is from the top; keep the level around 45 to 30 degree to the table-your foods will go alive.

The key point is the background, you should choose a place that may show the place; maybe you think I am shooting the food, I only need to see them taste good. Let's imagine that good dish with drink in a good place... I don't mean that you need to see a lot of background in the picture, and noone do that baby; for example, a "blru" image of your wine rack (I don't what a rack of bottle of wines that behind the bar call?) will do, just a symbolic meaning.

Technically aspect to note
1. both of your lens are not suitable; if you bar is big please try the 150 first, otherwise use the 50mm range of your zoom;
2. always check depth-of-field before shooting;
3. tripod is a must-know how to use a tripod, you are the master;
4. reflect 1 flash on right hand side with big white surface is my choice, but your flash should be very powerful; you may try 2 flashes from both sides / 1 left, 1 top too;
5. check the flash ratio;
6. check the white balance manually;
7. use slow shutter sync. speed; and
8. oh yes, manual focus; you can never make a good picture with autofocus!

一般影最平可以買個大狗籠（light tent），鴨記可以搵得到。
用一支閃都掂。（唔好直打）
唔用狗籠都重有好多其他方法，不過麻煩D。
單閃加大柔光（傘或罩），再加反光板。
唔用閃燈都可以，用慳電膽又得，不過柔光腳架唔可以少。

Food Decoration 係一門學問，要睇好多書先得，再唔係就抄。

多謝指教 即是最緊要用柔光.枝閃唔好直打落去食物.要用反光板反射d光,最好就斜少少咁影,係唔係?

唔係。。。。反光板係只補光用。＠_＠

支燈係直接打落D食物，不過唔好同相機同一角度，同要加柔光。
至於要邊個角度為就要睇你影乜同你喜歡嚕，但要小心反光。

影食物可以好專業,而且係job應該更專業,唔係食飯影張相放上blog...

可用個商品拍攝活動的布帳營,放在枱上,一般24"至30"都夠用,用两組射燈右右照,用腳架放在帳前開口處,用DC都可拍滿意,帳內擺一件透明玻璃被玻璃三只乘起,可蓋枱布.用大機可用50mm,對好焦用失打繩,不需用閃燈,很多這類商品連两枝射燈提供.
