我是一個有8年攝影經驗的初哥,i see most of the passage here
i found that most of u treat dc camera can do many thing dc camera just like 傻瓜機,u can expect a dc camera can do the job of slr film camera
the result of u treart dc camera as SLR FILM CAMERA IS THAT U DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE THEORY OF PHOTOGRAPHY,
I SUGGEST THAT LEARN TAKING PHOTOGRAPHY FROM THE BASIC
THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES OR MORE ADVANCE DEVICE, MAY BE SOMEDAY,THERE IS ANOTHER FUTURE FORMAT OTHER THAN DC, SO ,THE IMPORTANT IS NOT HOW WELL WE OPERATE THE DC CAMERA, THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE THEORY OF PHOTOGRAPHY,SO INORDER TO UNDERSTAND PHOTOGRAPHY, TRY TO READ BASIC THEORY OF PHOTO,U CAN GO TO PUBLIC LIBRARY TO CHECK IT OUT

Try to know what to shoot before and why to shoot after.
Just shoot when you feel good.
After that, try to think why and what.
Theory ...... try to know, read more to understand. But you can do it later.

早排係巴士上睇M-Channel﹐講舞夜龍 ...... 師傅有一段話﹐大意係時代唔同﹐以前佢師傅又鬧又打﹐而家對?學生就唔可以。而家要先讓佢地產生興趣﹐之後再慢慢教。

DC 唔單係為影相而存在﹐係潮流﹐係交際工具。
如果某人用dc﹐非常不滿自己作品﹐佢就會搵方法解決。
如果只係當玩﹐咪由得佢囉﹐頂多好懶咁出個post問下。

先讀理論再影相 ...... 無話唔得﹐無必要。
影相﹐開心﹐想影就影。
玩?﹐影完咪算﹐影得開心就ok。
認真?﹐咪睇下自己影??咩﹐點解會咁影﹐會唔會可以影得好?。

I guess both kenny and micro make two very good points ie theory and practice.

I am more inclined to mirco's approach -ie getting someone to be interested first and then ask them to study the theory thereafter.

my learning curve is similar to that pattern. I started out to take some pictures all around, later I found interested in it and then I told some photograhic study class from which I learned the theory.

For DC, I just took it up and need sometime to find out its difference as compared to SLR.

我都想知有咩書可以學得深入一d,不過圖書館無咩lee d書
有咩好提議????
其實都唔係個個人都有興趣玩得深入,只要影到就ok.
我自己好鐘意車,有時聽到人地講車就會有一種覺得佢地比較傻既想法(我諗kennyg137哥可能有lee種想法)
不過點都好,姑勿論點,我覺得最重要係"尊重映相".

I always recommend the three great books, "The Cameras", "The Films" and "The Prints" from Ansel Adams.

and "National Geography - the field guide".

i believe that find anwser yourself is more effective than ask people

i didn't learn or ask another one i also learned it myself
even i am graduate from hong kong academy for performaning art
major in cinemotgraphy the lecturer doesn't tell you much how to
film in 16mm film camera .... i just find out the answer in book.....
