I had bad experience with this store as well. 3 or 4 months ago, I saw a almost brand new Contax 1.7 50mm, selling for 1400 at the store, a middle aged lady assitant was serving me at that time. She's very poliet and nice. However, the price was too high, I was expecting 700-800 only.
About 3 or 4 days later, I have decided to go back and purchase the lens, although it's a bit over priced, it's hard to find that lens in almost brand new condition. This time, the owner was there. When I asked for the lens, he quickly told me it was sold without checking. I told him I just saw it in his store 3 days ago, but he's so confident that it was sold. He's giving me a a feeling that he doesn't value my business at all.
Leaving in disbelief, I bought a fair condition 50mm 1.7 from yahoo. Maybe 1 week later, I returned to the same store checking out for other equiptment, this time, the middle age lady was serving me again and showed me the almost brand new lens again!!! What the hell! I thought your owner said it's gone. She told me that maybe the owner want to keep it for other bigger customer, since this lens is rare. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the reason, but it was nice of her to tell me the truth.
However, like Andy Lau's commerical on customer service, how couldn't you treat a customer like this!!!
