I don't know why the Apple Quicktime 7 could not play smoothly the HD video (.MOV format) I shot in my SX1 IS even the CPU loading of my notebook (core2duo T5850 with 3G RAM) was just 50-60% during playback and Apple claimes the Quicktime 7 can play HD video.

Does anyone can help me? Is my camera a faulty one? Is Quicktime not a suitable player to play the HD video shot by SX1? .........
