ching, u can try:

1) tripod, with F18 or 22, shutter 1-2 secs, ISO 200 to capture the background.

2) use flash to light up the person

路過，只係想講 F18 -22, ISO 200, 我諗夜景來講1-2 secs都未必capture到background, haha

經驗分享，我覺得2470師兄提議好正路，但1-2秒，雖然有閃會令人像freeze，但邊位都有機會blur，我prefer iso高啲（樓主係5d2應不是問題），快門盡量維持到1/8或更快。 同埋用閃燈的後簾同步好啲，因為慢快門，啲人習慣一閃完就以為搞掂走得，後簾就可以避免未影完啲人就郁咗呢個題。 （因有預閃，所以同人講第二次閃先係真的）

如果冇腳架只可手持，咁高iso係你好朋友。
