Any c hing have experience with Sigma CS?

I need to bring my 50.4 to cal, are they professional? Any problems afterwards?

I've only had experience with Canon CS and they are very professional, just a bit worried about Sigma CS.

If any c hing have experience, please share. Thanks. :)

i brought my 50.4 to sigma to take off the filter today.
although he can not take off the filter, the technical personnel is nice.

I spoke to the CS yesterday and booked a time, at first he said I need to wait 1 month!!!! Then he gave me a slot next week....

I say there is focus issue with the lens and he said I need to stand at least 1 metre from the subject and shoot at f/2.2 to 5.6 for sharper pictures, which I do agree, but I expect f/1.4 to deliver decent pics too. The pics I take at f/1.4 are quite bad, most cannot use (pictures I tested were taken within 1 metre of subject).

What is the point for a f/1.4 if I can't use it? So I think there must be some focus issues and the pictures I see from other c hing at f/1.4 is also quite sharp.

Thats why I got a bit worried with Sigma CS....
