完全同意,除左Sigma, 我三支都用過, 常用200-300焦段,有水,有要求, 有紅圈情意結, Canon 70-300L, 不常用, 但又想映下演唱會,小朋友頒奖礼, budget 有限,Tamron 70-300,VC, 包有驚喜,三分一價錢,三份二中白質數,又輕Ｄ.

70-300 用過以下幾支: L，non-L, T-vc, S APO
質數 L>> T > non-L ~ S APO
如以 70-200段比較，T已經好近L。現在我只keep
L，300段好sharp
結論: 有$買L，冇乜$就買T，不想用300就買小小白non-IS

The Tamron 70-300, VC replaces the Canon 55-250,is, Mk II.

If buy second hand, try C 70-300 DO usually around $6-7000
PQ very good( similiar to 70-200 F4 L) in the 70-250 range, AF is fast.

Also short and easy to carry around, so small not many people know you are carrying a 300mm Zoom

I have took these test video were taken using the 70--300 DO choose original to see the highest resolution.

If buy 2nd hand 70-300,DO, why not spend $1000 more to buy the 70-300L ? It's around $8K. At least it is a new product with the red ring.
Besides, it's hard to find a newer DO lens in the 2nd hand market.

C70-300L - 90分
TAMRON 70-300 VC - 80分
C70-300 NON L - 70分
Sigma APO 70-300 - 70分
Sigma 70-300 OS - 50分

Oh 70-300L 2nd hand so cheap now DO also cheaper.

At 300mm range L is much better, but at 70-250mm is not much difference.

One thing I do not like white L lens is it scare people away when you wave it around. the black color of DO have more stealth factor.
