do you prefer to buy a new lens instead of buying a 30D?

i thought 30D have more option of iso, and touching more "Pro". wakaka
so you think 450D is good enough>?
any lens recommend? I want take picture of moon, night view, also wide view.
Canon EF 70-300mm f4.0-5.6 IS USM , 55-250 IS ?
or buy canon 18-200 IS , sigma 18-200/250? OS /HSM/marco?
I am a beginner.... just want to take some nice photo gei.
