Can any C hing give me advice/recommendation on the Tripod & Head for myself. I have a 50D and the tripod and head are for my 180mm Macro & 100-400mm. For the Tripod, I would choose Gitzo and of the head that I do not have any idea!

兩款波頭的球體同是44mm直徑，淨重0.5kg，球體鎖力亦差不多。
