我剛買了一部新的dc，將usb連接線連接左相機同電腦後，第一次係有反應的，跟住部電腦問唔知安裝d乜野(類似係咩新硬體？？)，咁我click左唔裝啦…點知之後再連接時就冇反應喇…都唔知點算，有冇人可以幫我？

Try go to Device Manager, to get there, go to control panel and click the System, or right click the My Computer and choose property (the last opition), click the appropiate tab, and there should be a list of devices, eg CD-ROM, IDE ATA/ATAPI etc. you should be able to see question mark icon call something like unknown device,
you can:
Select it and delete it and reboot the computer, plug the device in and the windows should ask you to install the driver again.
