What is the difference between RAW & JPEG, which one should be used ?

My personal preference is shooting in Raw only since I see post processing as part of the fun of photography. I don't do Raw + jpeg not much for the extra space but more for the ease to manage Raw only. If you do Raw only you will need an efficient work flow and tool to manage them such as Aperture (Mac) or Lightroom (Mac or PC).

In RAW mode, you can do more touch up.

For RAW, the pixel is much bigger.
