各位師兄 , 師父 ,
小弟學影相由數碼機開始, 對於以前135菲林機完全不懂。近日與被朋友問到一個問題, 不識答。想請教各位, 如果我用135菲林機和Mark II, 在同一個環境, 同一個光圈快門設定下, 各影一張相, 請問那部機影出來的相會好D, 還是兩張一樣?

CHing... there is totally no specific answer for this question (assuming no PS)

1. Film/slide has lower dynamic range so the image captured is different in the very beginning
2. Each film / slide has different color space... The green n blue in RVP 50 is vy difficult to be replicated in CMOS... N TMax 100 B/W is difficult to redo in 5DII as well...
3. Quality of scanner for film / slide will greatly affect the result

All in all, CHing may consider film/slide as different types of picture styles in 5DII...

在海上，船快些，在陸地，車快些。未見過車和船的人，兩者，跟本沒多少分別。在低光，室內環境，數碼質素好得多，當室外有陽光，菲林只會好小小。高對比環境下，菲林表達細膩點，數碼又出唔倒熒光顏色，但數碼又可以原機改對比度，而菲林就要黑房做。如一定要二選一，我認為萬六元的5dii，相片質素比菲林優勝，不過一部菲林相機，如EOS100, 二手價只須五六百元呢！

negative film has WIDER dynamic range than DSLR.

I'm not confidence in this point. Just according to my understanding, film has abt -2EV to +2EV range (total about 5 EV), while DSLR has about -4EV to 4EV (total about 9EV range)...

Negative have 14 stops DR but actually when in actual shooting including noise and color reproduction, negative always have 12 stops only, slide is about 10 (correct me if I'm wrong). We would say negative can allow you +/- 1 stop variance while positive only allow +/- 1/3 stop only. I found my 5D2 also allow me +/- 1 stop (when shoot in raw)

When I use film, I expose the film in harbor view for 8mins, it's clean and so less noise.....every thing becomes like heaven

When you try to expose 30 sec in DSLR, you will notice those red and blue dots easily........

For indoor high ISO photos, ISO1600 film would easily see the grains. If you use DSLR nowadays, the image is quite clean already, thanks to the noise reduction technology.

不過我覺得5DII比菲林優勝既地方, 只係講成像, 5dii放大後的微粒, 真係好好多......., 135放在到8r已經幾粗.

用唔同牌子菲林或唔同ISO菲林(包括正片/負片)都有唔同色水同質感.
DSLR係用點陣形式去合併每粒pixels才能成為相片,數碼同菲林唔同.
各有各好,各有各唔好,無得比教喎.
