I have question about manufacture warranty? What is the benfit under this warranty? Do we all fully utilize its warranty benfit? Does it mean we don't need to pay for everything? For what we don't need to pay?

I do believe, not only me and also you, everyone wanna know more about it. Could you share your experience and we can be smart customers!!!!

I have no experience on this,
but I think the most benfit is that you could have help from them when you found something wrong on your lens but not sure.

When you don't need to pay for the malfunction,
it is a bonus.

I do believe some 師兄/師姐 may have some good/bad experience about this 原廠鏡頭保養. It may be happy or may be unhappy, but I really hope "YOU" could share some comment or info to us, our 師兄弟/師姐妹.

It's just a "peace of mind" and as insurance. If you were lucky enough, it doesn't makes any difference whether you get a dealer product or parallel import after the first year.

Afterall, most products carry international warranty as well but you need to read the T&C carefully as I know for the same product, they have different T&C for different countries.

I once bought a Samsung DC in Korea, within the first week, I discovered a major bug with their firmware. I immediately took my camera to HK Samsung for check up and they upgrade the firmware for me free of charge (under international warranty).
