What is lacking with your current set up from your perspective? I think that will drive your acquisition priority.

I don't use 燈 myself that much and prefer to invest in faster lenses instead. But if 燈 is important to you, I would suggest to go with 580.

I have 17-40mm myself but more for the angle of view coverage vs. "better" quality, if any.

s50.4 is a sweet lens for portrait and it is fast. It goes very well with 5D2.

Not knowing what your preference, budget or needs, I would go with the 7D and s50.4 if they are what you have in mind. Hold the 燈 and 17-40 for now.

For 人景 I still fell the best value is 5D2 and you already have the 70-200mm. S50.4 will be great for portrait and you just need a wide angle such as 17-40. That should last you for a long time.
